END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY

By downloading, installing, or using Wheelers AI (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Company” means Ritesh Ranjan, India (owner and publisher of Wheelers AI).
• “Services” means all functionality, content, and subscriptions offered within the App.
• “User Content” means any photographs, text prompts, or other materials you upload, generate, modify, or export with the App.
• “Device” refers to any phone, tablet, computer, or other hardware on which the App is installed.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your ongoing compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on each Device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

4. USER CONTENT & AI OUTPUT

1. Ownership. You retain any rights you have in User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and store it solely for operating or improving the App.
2. Responsibility. You are solely responsible for User Content and any AI-generated output derived from it, including ensuring that you have the necessary permissions (e.g., for photos of vehicles you do not own).
3. Prohibited Content. You may not submit or generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the App Store or Google Play policies.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES

Wheelers AI Pro and other premium features are offered through auto-renewing in-app subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
